Polarity Stasis
Melt away tension with targeted Percussive Deep Tissue Release, and Light Therapy

Are you dealing with Headaches
or Back Pain?

Rosie’s percussive therapy is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. She not only got my upper back to relax–but STAY relaxed–something no one else has been able to achieve. The bulge at my neck disappeared, and she even relieved the lingering pain in my elbow and finger from an old injury. I’ve worked with other percussive massage therapists in the past, but Rosie’s intuitive approach is on another level–she knows exactly where to work without me even having to say a word.

Percussive Deep Tissue Release (Tranquil Deep Tissue Release) offers a powerful yet soothing approach to healing. The rhymical, targeted percussion works to release deep muscle tension and improve circulation. Therapy promotes relaxation and balance by addressing the subtle rhythms of the central nervous system. This therapy creates a harmonious synergy, fostering deep relaxation, pain relief, and an enhanced sense of overall well-being.
Light Therapy is different colors or wavelength of light that have distinct effects on the body and mind, due to the way light interacts with our calls and tissues.
For Instance:
Red light is commonly used for deep tissue healing and skin rejuvenation.
Infrared light is used for deeper tissue healing and pain relief.
Blue light is primarily used for its antibacterial properties and to treat skin issues.
Green light is often used for its calming and balancing effects.
Reclaiming Cranial Nerve Reset helps release stored tension, improve nervous system function, and restore balance. By reclaiming this healing process, you can experience relief from chronic pain, while also enhancing mental clarity, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being. This gentle yet powerful technique aids in restoring harmony, allowing you to move through life with renewed energy.

About
Hello, my name is Rosie. I have been doing Percussive Deep Tissue Release Therapy for over 15 years now. I really enjoy helping others. My core values are authenticity, resilience, and love, and are the foundations of everything I do.
I believe in standing in my truth, even when it is uncomfortable, in choosing love, even when it’s hard, and in lifting others up, because I know what it’s like to walk alone.
This space is a reflection of my journey - of everything I’ve learned, everything I continue to discover, and the deepness of my own souls knowing that we are all here to grow, heal, and remember who we truly are. If you feel drawn here, trust that it is for a reason. I see you, and I welcome you.

My Origin Story
Hey there, I’m Rosie!
I want to start by saying—life is a wild ride, isn’t it? Mine has definitely been full of unexpected twists and turns.
I was born into the FLDS, a branch of Mormonism, as the sixth child of my sweet mother—who was my father’s second wife. Growing up in a huge family with four moms, 20 brothers, and 10 sisters was… well, chaotic but also filled with love in its own way. At 18, I had an arranged marriage, and later, I became a mom to four amazing kids who are my whole world.
My journey hasn’t been easy, but every challenge has shaped me into the person I am today. And if you’re here, maybe you’re on your own journey of healing too.
Where It All Started
When I was 12, I went with one of my moms to a chiropractor appointment. When he asked if I wanted an adjustment, I looked to her for approval—she said, "Sure, try it out." So, I did.
I had no idea that one moment would change the course of my life.
Not long after, I started experiencing horrible migraines, jaw pain, and even moments where my jaw would lock open or shut—sometimes for weeks. It was frustrating, exhausting, and honestly, terrifying. I spent years searching for relief, trying everything from braces to specialists, only to feel like I was back at square one every time.
Finally, I found a TMJ specialist who knew exactly what was going on. His treatment helped regenerate cartilage in my jaw, and for the first time in years, I felt hope.
That experience changed me—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It sparked a deep passion in me to help others who were struggling with pain, just like I had been.
Finding My Purpose
At 22, I took my first Jin Shin Jyutsu class, which opened my eyes to the world of healing. That led me to become an EMT (and later an EMT-I), where I got to help people in some of their most vulnerable moments.
But I wanted to do more.
I took a Percussor course and quickly realized I had a natural ability to sense where people held pain in their bodies. I followed that with Cranial Sacral Therapy—something that had personally helped me with migraines—and everything just started clicking into place.
The more I learned, the more I saw how powerful healing could be. I started combining these techniques, creating my own unique approach that helped people find relief when they felt like they had tried everything. What began as treating friends and family soon grew into something bigger—something I knew I was meant to do.
A Fresh Start
In 2015, I packed up my life and took a job as a cook for a concrete crew in Wyoming. When the job ended in 2016, I made the bold decision to stay. I wanted a fresh start—a place where I could build a better life for my kids and myself.
Starting over as a single mom in a brand-new place was scary, overwhelming, and so hard. But looking back now, I wouldn’t change a thing. The people I’ve met, the strength I’ve found, and the life I’ve built here—every challenge was worth it.
Why I Do What I Do
I know what it’s like to feel trapped in pain, to try everything and still not have answers. I know what it’s like to feel unheard, frustrated, and just tired. That’s why I do what I do.
My goal isn’t just to help people feel better physically—but to remind them that healing is possible. That hope is real. That they aren’t alone.
More than anything, I want to give back—to bring relief to those who are suffering, to offer comfort where there is pain, and to sprinkle a little bit of magic into people’s lives. Because sometimes, all we need is a spark of hope to remind us that brighter days are ahead.
If any part of my story resonates with you, or if you’re looking for relief, I’d love to connect. Let’s find a way forward together.
